Requirements

  • Prepares all permit application packages, work plans, submittal packages, etc., arranges permit runner, and tracks permit issuance.


  • Prepare weekly cost analysis reports on each project and present to Project Manager and project superintendent for review meeting.


  • Assistant Project Manager

Coordinate with Contracts Manager to ensure all subcontracts are fully executed prior to work start.

Input Daily updates to SAGE Project Management Cost to Complete as directed by Project Manager and other databases to reflect project progress, cost adjustments, etc.


  • Serves as primary contact for all regulatory agency questions, document and certification requests during permitting process.


  • Prepares and submits all permit application packages for mail delivery to out of area agencies.

Participate in project hand-off meetings with Estimator and superintendent
